Mobile Web Browser

Visit http://m.firstsentry.com through your phone's web browser to manage your online banking needs.

Mobile banking is a safe and secure way to bank wherever you are, day or night. And, find offices and ATMs at your fingertips with our branch locator.

Getting Started:

  • Enable web access for your mobile device on Online Banking, under Options, Mobile Settings, Web Mobile Settings.
  • Once enrolled, supply your mobile number and carrier then select accounts.
  • Accept the terms and conditions then you’re on your way.

Have an iPhone or iPad?

What you can do:

  • Check account balances
  • Transfer funds
  • View account transactions
  • Pay bills
  • View alerts

Tips:

  • Logout after you’re done.
  • Never store your id and password on your phone.
  • Do not use while driving.

Text Banking

To check your latest balance and account history, text 89549 and get a quick reply 24/7.

Getting Started:

  • Enable web access for your mobile device on Online Banking, under Options, Mobile Settings and Text Mobile Settings.
  • Once enrolled, nickname your accounts and validate your preferences.
  • Accept the terms and conditions then you’re good to go.

What you can do:

  • Bal – Get account(s) balance
  • Hist – View recent account(s) history
  • Help – Access list of text commands
  • View detailed enrollment steps and more commands.

Tips:

  • Text commands are not case sensitive.
  • Add 89549 to your contact list.
  • If you text internationally, additional carrier charges may apply.
  • Account numbers, pins or email addresses are never texted.

 

Mobile App

Easy access to mobile banking is available when you download the free* First Sentry app for your iPhone or Android.

Getting Started:

  • Enable web access for your mobile device on Online Banking, under Options, Mobile Settings and Text Mobile Settings.
  • Click here to download the app on your iPhone
  • Or Go to the Android Market on your Android
    • Search for "First Sentry"
    • Click 'Install' to download the app.

What you can do:

  • Check account balances

  • View alerts
